Sugar Cookie Princess Learns about control

Consistently inconsistent I am the shining example of disorder and caos when it comes to food especially, carbs-sugar and popcorn. Hcg is teaching me about this thing called action responsibility and how to let food just BE.

  1. R2/P2 day: Endless

    Weight: 174.4

    I have decided to come back and participate instead of hiding. In my solitude and isolation I have been a very, very bad girl. ,

    I haven't gone more than 6lbs up or down since I started this over a month ago. Well, I have correct myself..I have lost 15lbs from when I started just at this point I keep going up and down by 6lbs.

    I thought well..might as start documenting again and see how that goes for the next few months.

  2. R2/P2..getting better.

    So, after a few days time..I have finally started back down the scale. Only one slip up today and that was a minor popcorn incident. Problem being I was tired and hung-over and for some reason my protocol foods were just not helping my feeling of needing a bit more food. Also, I have been working alot lately and I think the increase in activity level caused a raise in needed glucose and fructose.

    So, I ate some extra food. Not gonna kill me and didn't go into a full on binge--lucky

  3. Restarted~ R2/P2

    Well, everyone I have chosen to "restart" with this round. After a few days of just stuffing myself full of food that I should not be eating ANYWAYS. I revisited my goal list and wrote out WHY I wanted to lose this weight and gave myself the reasoning as to why I don't want to cheat and eat foods that are only there to feed my emotions.

    I got my hair cut

    I have stayed on protocol all day

  4. Round 2 ~ my heads not in the game. :(

    I am not focused. I am not focused on this round. I feel frustrated with that fact. I feel frustrated that I can't commit this minute to P2. I WANT to commit, I WANT to be focused. But, I am worried. I am worried about several things. I am worried that eating 500 calories a day is going to make my hair fall out. I am worried and wondering if this is healthy. I am wondering is this good for me, mentally?

  5. R2 P2 VLCD 6 ~ Trying new food = zero losses

    No losses today I have several reasons as to why:

    1. I have lost about 15 lbs in 6 days
    2. I tried shrimp for the first time in P2 in either round
    3. I ate a can of tuna close to before bed
    4. I ate under 500 calories and minimal fats

    It could be from any of those reasons I am guessing that #1 is the most likely of the three and the other three are just supporting this pause in weight loss.

    Honestly, this round I am not starving like ...

  7. P2 R2 ~ VLCD 5 teehheee!

    1.8lb loss over the night wait until you see what i ate:

    B: 1 hard boiled egg
    L: broccoli and summer squash with 3 oz roasted chicken breast, 2oz of kombucha
    D: 4 glasses of white wine, fresh letteces from the garden and fresh goat cheese from the goats out back with balsamic vinegar

    and I still lost weight..COOL. Which means me going rogue is going to get stepped up a notch, I have decided to start cycling food groups during P2: dairy being one of ...

  8. P2 R2 ~ VLCD 4~ -2lbs

    517 calories for Tuesdays food logs:

    Macro's: 8/20/70
    C/F/P

    B: 2 hardboiled eggs w/ coffee
    L: 210 grams grilled chicken, (1) serv S/F jello, LF mayo & mustard dipping sauce, 1/4 grapefruit
    D: 1 hardboiled egg & another serving of jello

    Drinks:
    Coke zero
    Water
    coffee
    tea

    extras: s/f gum (several sticks)

    No workouts for this week.

  9. 3 days down 10 lbs..don't get excited..

    I am not posting weight until I am back down to 4 days prior to loading days.

    I know I am down about 10 lbs. I gained quite a bit from loading 3 days plus eating plane food the day prior to loading.
    So, this loss is just water and nothing more at the moment.

    I should be at about where I am willing to post weight by saturday the latest.

    Ate about 400+ calories yesterday, had some crazy stomach stuff going on..I don't know if its the supplements ...

  10. I am alittle nervous at the moment...

    I took a shower tonight and I noticed some hair loss..and its only been day 2 of VLC BUT, for some reason I have in the last 2 weeks noticed an increase in my hair loss on its own without the Very Low Calories. Any input on this, people?

    I don't like this.

    I am taking all of my supplements except for the nioxin hair products. I am wondering if I should get them ASAP.
