Well, I hope I don't have to pay to much for this but I had Tomatoe Basil soup for lunch. .... I ate it with a grilled chicken. I only ate like 1/2 cup be it really hit the spot. We will see how the scales act in the morning.

    Pssss. I eat that 2 to 3 times a week and I am in P2. I also eat half a cup with 1/2 grilled chicken. Have not gained at all when eating it.
