I gained 5.8 on a 2 week vacation to Florida. I know I definatley have a problem with gluten. I find that this p4 is much different than my last and I gain much more easy. I did 3 steak days while on vacation and during the last 4 dats of it I was at my grandparents and could not do a steak day and so my weight crept up. It is Christmas Eve tonight and I want to enjoy a bit of Christmas fare tomorrow, I will not be overindulging, but will allow myself a bit of Chocolate and hope for the best. I ...
