I gained 5.8 on a 2 week vacation to Florida. I know I definatley have a problem with gluten. I find that this p4 is much different than my last and I gain much more easy. I did 3 steak days while on vacation and during the last 4 dats of it I was at my grandparents and could not do a steak day and so my weight crept up. Today is my ldw and I am at 149.4 - yahoo! I lost 19.6 this round - was hoping for a little more, but TOM also came today and so my losses for this week were less than I was expecting!!!! Can't do anything about natural life occurances!!!! I struggled more this round with cravings, not real hunger issues, just feeling deprived in a big way! I had several more small cheats this round, which stalled me a couple of times. I did not have to do an apple day this round, so no long stall! So Wednesday ...
Today is load day 2 and only gained .2. So happy with that.
I was up today so started r2 4.8 over ldw. I had bread yesterday and was worried this would happen. Glutten is my enemy. Today load day is going well. Eating nuts, small piece of pie, small piece of cake, chicken, ham, salad with dressings, Hagen Daz Icecream - yum, oatmeal with real cream and brown sugar. Today is Canadian Thanksgiving and so I have eaten a few items that I probably would not have included in my loading, but that is okay.
I am officially done r1p4 today. Weighed in at 166.8 this morning. Up 3.2 from LDW. Starting to load tomorrow for r2. Hcg rx sublingual is mixed and ready for morning dose. I am excited and hope I have a very successful round.
Today we had pizza for supper and I had 3 pieces and ate just the top and had a bite of the crust. Just too afraid of the bread!!!! I just did not want to cook tonight after work, at first I thought I'd get pizza for hubby and kids, then thought why not I'll eat the toppings as they are my most favorite part anyways, we'll have to see what tomorrow brings from eating the topping. I was up again today. 1.2 pounds so today I was exactly over my LDW 2 pounds. I decided to do a steak day even though I am not over the 2 pound mark. Feeling frustrated as I thought I was stable as p3 went well and now the last 2 official days of p3 have been not so kind to me. Not sure what is happening. So yesterday the scale was very good to me, but today I was up 1.8lbs. It could be a number of things; such as I ate some mixed nuts with peanuts in the bag, had a slice of pinapple and had a lot of cheese. Usually when I mix cheese and nuts on the same day I have to have them in small amounts or I gain, but I had a lot of cheese! I am still just .8 about LDW so I am still in the safe zone. Yahoo. So today is day 19 of p3 and I lost 1.2 on the scale this morning. This puts me 1lb under my LDW. I am happy with the results of p3. TOM is now over and my weight came back down to a more comfortable spot. P4 starts on Thursday, but I think I will eat p3 for most of the next month or so and just eat p4 for social settings.
