P3 Day 20

So yesterday the scale was very good to me, but today I was up 1.8lbs. It could be a number of things; such as I ate some mixed nuts with peanuts in the bag, had a slice of pinapple and had a lot of cheese. Usually when I mix cheese and nuts on the same day I have to have them in small amounts or I gain, but I had a lot of cheese! I am still just .8 about LDW so I am still in the safe zone. Yahoo. I can not believe I am almost done p3 it went by so quick!

kbj I love homemade bread or buns too!!! I was thinking about them yesterday wondering when I will make them as a special treat in p4, I just don't know how I will be able to restrain myself from overindulging in the homemade goodies. I think when I load over Thanksgiving will be a good time to have some; yum!

    P3 is over this week for me too...I wish there were more guidance for P3 & P4. Wonder if any of those who came after Dr. Simeon have better guidelines? That would be better than trying to mess with the original protocol that works so well...

    I'm making the almond flour herb bread, but these breads are more like muffins...I miss the yeast and kneading and the yummy fresh-baked smell, not to mention eating it hot out of the oven or later with sandwiches or as toast...
