You shouldn't be hungry past the first week. You should eat if you are hungry, you will still lose the weight. Eat a few extra egg whites, or an extra portion of chicken breast. If you feel like your sugar is low, eat tomato, extra apples, or even an orange. I was a bit rogue by doing these things, but still lost 18 pounds in 23 days.
Well when I got the HCG little leaflet came with it telling you food and fruit ect it says you can have water melon eggs prawns few other things that when i come on here says there not allowed i dont know who to follow .
