Hi can anyone tell me what this is i thourght i was a sweetener but not sure now also can i use sweetener and drink oxo when im peckish im so confused

    Yes, stevia is a sweetener, but be careful to buy a brand that is pure stevia and does not have the additional ingredient of maltodextrin. Sorry, I do not know what oxo is to tell you whether you can drink it.

    Hi Lawgal

    I am from the UK and I'm finding it difficult to find Stevia in our stores. The sweetners I have found do have maltodextrin. Why is maltodextrin a no go area? Also oxo is a beef stock berverage 100ml serving = 7cals. Do you have any advice to an altenative beverage similar to this if you think this beverage is also a no go area. Many thanks for your advice.
