Hi can anyone tell me what this is i thourght i was a sweetener but not sure now also can i use sweetener and drink oxo when im peckish im so confused

Hi wonder if anyone can tell me if I can use Sweetex in place of Stevia I have tried every where to find it no one has heard of it Holland and Barrets also dont sell it Also is it ok to drink oxo if I feel peckish 7 cal nil fat
