Sun Shiny Day

Rate this Entry
Hello Friends...
I didn't blog yesterday because I was up a bit. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis when I was 16 years old...and anytime it rains or the weather drastically changes, it really affects me. And my herniated disc with a ruptured disc on each side doesn't like it either. We had 2 days where it was sunny and gorgeous, 88-89 degrees. Then it dropped to high 40s Thursday night and poured the rain all night and most of the day yesterday. I followed protocol, did nothing differently and was up 1.6 lbs. My hands were so swollen, I couldn't get my rings on. But I just continued my plan, and today I was down 1.2. Almost to what I was originally. I tend not to fret too much when this happens because I know it will go away soon.

So, I am just trucking along. I may do a FFF (fat free Fage) day today because my tummy is a bit rumbly from having to take meds yesterday. Hopefully, I will get back on track soon and next week continue to work towards my goal.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Good for you..you sound like you know whats going on. I would bet with your condition and injuries that inflammation is prob occurring. Just water my dear and as you know it all works out in the end. I too am struggling with weather.. this dreadful winter will not END. It has been extremely depressing and I am an emotional eater so its been a double whammy...

Have you done a FFF before? Did it work? I would be tempted to try but still not sure if it likes me.. when I tried some greek in P3 it didn't like me..that or the cheese.. so I don't know..I am on the fence. Add some fresh lemons to your water...combat your retention. Given your circumstances your still doing GREAT!

    Thanks Doll!

Yes, I have done the FFF days in my prior rounds. It used to cause me to drop at least 2 lbs in a day but that was a while back so I don't know how I will react this time. I ate Fage on P3 and never had a problem. I will have 8 oz this afternoon with a few strawberries and the same tonight. As I said, my rumbly tummy has me not wanting anything but I know not eating is not good. I am just not hungry at all but will force it down in a bit.

It is all fluid I know. It sucks! I have been drinking a lot of green tea as well and that helps a lot. I'm a little pee pot! Lol

    Hope you are doing well!

I'm with you on the green tea, I think it is a huge help with weight loss when on hcg. Fage--remember my nickname used to be Lady Fage! I can eat the 2% Fage, but love the full fat fage....maybe on P3. Are you going to do the whole 9 yards, sweetie. The p3 and all that? We know it works, but getting to the habit of really living with the principles involved is another story.

Everyone is so, SO, SO ready for spring. It was really cool here this morning, but spring is coming, I can tell by the plants. Woohoo!
