Made it through another day. Thank God. Yesterday was the toughest for me so far. I was having all kinds of thoughts about quitting. Trying to justify, make excuses etc. I also could not fall asleep and lay awake for a loooonnng time. I feel a bit better today. I am down another two pounds and plan to make some p2 chili for lunch and dinner. I'm thinking that if I add some variety to my meals I will feel more satisfied.

    Tommysgirl, do not give up! You are doing great!! Keep your eye on the prize is what I have been typing to so many today! This diet works and you will be so much better for it! So glad you dropped 2 lbs that is AWESOME!! Keep it up!Keep coming here to be lifted!

    U'll love p2 chili, I fix it like that even when in p3, and beyond now. Hubby loves it too. Great on your 2 lb. loss!

    You're welcome I made the chili and it was pretty good. A nice change from chicken.
