Rate this Entry
I am on the injections and am pretty sure my dose is off because I am on vlcd 3 and my stomach is still growling between meals and before bed. Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else?

HUNGER IS NORMAL THE FIRST COUPLE DAYS - IT SHOULD TAPPER OFF THO - ESP IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT DOSE & YOU LOADED CORRECTLY; TRY BREAKING UR MEALS UP... IT MAY JUST B UR BODY KICKING INTO KETOSIS (SO IT'S WORKING HARDER)...IMO

Okay. It's still hard for me to tell if my level of hungry is normal or not

I'm glad that I'm not alone I want to get to the point where food and being hungry is not on my mind so much. It's kind of driving me crazy.

Your definitely not alone. I know what you mean, I think about food, and what I would cook for dinner if I wasn't on this diet.. Lol.. I looooove cooking and being so limited sucks lol! But we can do it

I'm on the drops, and my stomach is growling non-stop today. Don't know why, but it is distracting. Like it better when that isn't going on. KWIM? Hopefully both of us will drops oz.+ tomorrow!

MamaEaton- After reading some of the posts on the forum about how they are not hungry at all..etc.etc. I thought there must be something wrong with me or what I'm doing. I am following the diet to a t. This does suck , but yes we can do this. We just have to push through it and yes, Dubbles I know what you mean. I am hoping for at least a one pound loss tomorrow.
