R2 / p2 / vlcd1 - ready? Set? Go!

Ending Load Weight = 189.7. YIKES!

Trying not to think about it too much, because I know it will come off in no time. I have been using some injectibles that expired over a year ago and think that maybe that is just too long. I switched to new stuff today.

Menu for day one:

Breakfast: 16 Oz Hot cinnamon and apple spiced tea (5:30-6)
Morning Snack: 1 Jazz Apple (9:30)
Lunch: 100g of 99/1% Gr Turkey cooked with a little beef broth, cilantro and seasoning, spinach salad, 1 melba (12:30)
Snack: 1 Honeycrisp Apple (3:00)
Dinner: 100g grilled Chicken breast, wilted spinach and melba (6:00)
Water Goal: 100 Oz

Total= 490 calories

I am so ready for this. Just gotta remember that food is for fuel and NOT for friendship.

    I reported by post load weight as 189.7. I WISH!!!!!

    My post load weight is 289.7. That is what the "YIKES" was for.
