R2 / P2 / VLCD3 - Another 3.4 gone!

Total of 8.4 pounds in two days. Still no energy, but I DO have some muscle aches happening. Yay me! I love how my body resists this diet. It tells me that I was crazy to let my weight get out of control and reminds me that I have work to do. The little aches and pains just tell me that I am on the right path.

Today's Plan:

Breakfast: Hot peach tea
Snack: Apple
Lunch: grilled chicken breast and cabbage soup
Snack: 100g strawberries
Dinner: grilled tillapia and cucumber salad

Water goal: 128 Oz Water

    Great Job!!!!!!thats alot of weight in two days wow!!!
    B-One boiled Egg and 3 boiled egg whites with Grilled onions
    S- Slice Apple and Green Tea with a splash of lemon and 2 stevias
    L-Protein Shake
    S- Orange
    D- Grilled lemon pepper shrimp and Cabbage (??) not sure on my veggie yet

    Water goal 100oz and im 32 ounces away from that.

    Happy losing girl stay strong and focused.

    Your menu today sounds yummy~! I always forget about eating eggs. I am thinking I may do jay robb protein shakes at work next week. We'll see. Happy losing to you, too.

    Yes alot of ppl dont eat eggs on here but one whole egg and three eggs whites=4.0 oz of protein. I am doing this through a doctor and am following the protocol they have provided. I have been doing replacement meal shake every day too usually for brk of lunch. I use isopure by natures best zero carbs and sugar and i got three pounds of it for 40.00. Its whey protein strawberries and creme flavor. Jay Robbins is really expensive for the quantity. Any who I just had my grilled shrimp and cabbage and boy was it yummy. Tomorrows menu will be as follows

    B-Protein Shake
    S-none using fruit in lunch Ill just have some green tea and lemon with two stevias
    L- Green spinach lettuce leafs, 10 sm cut up strawberries and 4oz of grilled ck breast and ill use balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil as dressing ( this is a yummy dish)
    S-1/2 Grapefruit
    D-Grilled lemon pepper tilipia with green beans
