Lost My P3 and R2 Loading Gains!

I gained 1.6 lbs in P3 of R1 and then 6 lbs loading for this round. Today is day 3 of VLCD R2 and I am now .2 lbs under my ldw for R1. So that is a total of 7.8 lbs in two full days on VLCD. I think a bit of that was due to retaining water because I didn't drink enough of it while I was loading. It feels good to be eating so clean again. By the end of P2 R1 I was so sick of steak, chicken, and tomatoes. But now I am really enjoying my meals of sliced tomatoes with steak or chicken and looking forward to chicken meatballs in tomato sauce tonight and some steamed shrimp and onions tomorrow night. And I really missed seeing the scale go down every morning so I am very excited to be experiencing that again. I love this protocol!
