This refreshing concoction will keep u hydrated and deflated.The ingredients are fresh ginger calms the stomach, mint leaves fresh eases indigheston and quiets the muscles of the intestnal tract and reduces water retention. Combine 2 liters of water (about 8 cups) 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger, 1 meduim cucumber (peeled and thinly sliced) 12 small spearmint leaves 1 small lemon squeezed. Put all in a larger pitch and let set over night. Dont use mint extract it has a horrible taste. Always use fresh ginger not powder no lemon juices of any kind always use fresh ingredients. To lighten the taste u can use half the amounts of the giner, lemons, and mint. U can use any type of mint. All this is from the book "Flat Belly Diet".
