Hey Guys!!! First day on the 500 cal diet. I have taken my drops and grean tea. Will drink 4 bottles of water to start and go shopping for my meal plan for the rest of the week and next. I need some recipes for shrimp, crab, and lobster. Oh and can we use organc chicken broth with light sodium? I have these sublingual B-12 tabs what's the best way to incorperate them in my schedule? I saw my first pound just elt away. I got up this morning wiehgt myself and the scale said 243.6. Yeah Me!!!! I cant wait to get ack on that scale tomorrow. I realy psyc about the end of this week. I can't wait to report the progress. Ofcourse my scale moves from loosing 1 pound to gaining it back all in the same day but Im looking on the positive side. This is day 2 of P1. Cant wait to start but my cycles are messed up so I have to wait til it decides to show up and out before I began. Boy Im mad. I wanna start NOW!!! But I want to be sucessful and show my hubby that this will work and I m not waisting my time or putting myself in harms way.
