Moved on from the two day stagnation today

So this morning I weighed in and was .8lb lighter. I was very skeptic that I would see any loss at all because of what I know form the last round when my weight just loved to stick to a certain number and not go down at all. Must have done something right yesterday or wrong the day beofre . Either ways, here is what I ate yesterday:

BF: Water - 1ltr and 1 Apple
Lunch : Cottage Cheese (3/4 cup) : I do the friendship low sodium 1% cottage cheese from Whole foods and have had no issues with two mini cucumbers.
Snack: 1 grissini with a laughing cow cheese wedge (not in the protocol but I have experimeted with my body and this works for me) with yogi tea and 1 ltr of water
Dinner: EAS protein shake (carb control kind) with celery and 1 ltr water

And I walked about 4miles

Today's weight: 143.8 lbs
