Static here. No loss, no gain. Anyone following that prediction of a big earthquake tomorrow? What would you want to eat, if you could never eat another bite again. Me, I'd have popcorn with butter. Popcorn is my favorite food!
Down 4.6 since starting back for Round 2. I'm still having that milk in my coffee and even added in an extra 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and an extra egg white serving. I don't think I'll do that everyday, but I do believe it keeps the body guessing when you throw something at it like that. Or perhaps I'm just getting lax because I am nearer to that magic 10 pound goal. Not as much to lose seems to take the pressure off. Looks like it's a day of 2's. So back to low weight from the 1st round of P2. I'm going just a wee bit rogue this round and decided that in order to make life so, so much more enjoyable, I'm having 1-2 oz. of lactaid milk in my coffee. I mean isn't life too short not to enjoy the one vice occasionally? It may up my daily calorie and carb count, but, I'm willing to ditch the 2nd fruit in order to enjoy the coffee. After reading some posts in the forums about P3, I've determined that I am not the only who struggles with stability in P3. That makes me feel better. Not even fretting much about eating P2 foods again. I'm sure I'll snap outta that in a few days! It certainly does make grocery shopping a whole lot easier and quicker. I decided to try 1/2 cup of cottage cheese yesterday. I was hoping that there would be not much gain from it, as everything else was P3/P2 protocol friendly. I am at just 2+ of my low weight. However, since I do want to shed about ten more pounds, I'm heading back to another round of P2 starting tomorrow. I'm also going to pay closer attention on the introduction of both nuts and dairy when I get back to P3 again. This time, I'll hope to determine what nuts, dairy products may be causing ...
Up .4 this morning. I added 7 Brazil nuts yesterday. Really... could that equal .4 pounds? Nothing else off P2 protocol food.
Had a function at work last night, I ignored all the food, but did indulge in 2 glasses of white wine. Probably won't do that again for some time. I enjoyed it quite a bit. But, it may have set off hot flashes. Managed to eat mostly P2 foods with some dairy. Eliminated almond milk and woke to a .08 loss. Back down to fighting weight. Trying a handful of Brazil nuts today. I'll see what happens with that. After all, tomorrow is another day.
Up .08# from my low. The only thing I had off protocol was 1/2 cup of almond milk. UGH. Didn't even have my beloved crack yesterday as I had planned. Back down to LIW this morning after a steak day and then clean eating yesterday. Just sticking to P2 foods with added fat. I really miss nuts and cheese. Apparently I can handle Lactaid milk (about a cup a day.) Still addicted to coffee and probably slacking a little bit on the water. I was so unmotivated to do anything today. If it were not for the magic of a steak day, I'd fully convert to Hinduism on the spot and worship the sacred cow forever (no offense meant to anyone.) Actually I love the sounds, smells and sights at the Hindu Temple where I have partaken in worship. If I could handle more dairy, I'd probably be attempting round two on the vegetarian side.
