What did you eat for your loading days?

What did you eat for your loading days? I am just curious. Here is what I ate:


Breakfast:
3 egg omelette, with spinach, tomatoes, and mushroom. 1 large avocado, 1 piece of toast
Breve latte

Mid-Morningsnack: banana, peanut butter smoothie, with with whole milk

Lunch:
Homemade burrito bowl- Blackbeans, brown rice, steak,cilantro,salsa,avocado, sour cream,cheese.

Afternoon snack: popcorn with butter, coconut oil, and cinnamon

Dinner: spaghetti squash, tomato sauce and grilled chicken and veggies

Dessert: I declair from claim jumper (I ate the whole thing.....if you don't know what that is it's a hot eclair, with melted chocolate with ice cream stuffed in the middle.....it is amazing.

Day two:
Breakfast:
3 eggs,avocado mushroom, on a tortilla

Snack: half of a thing of dubliner cheese....(I can eat so much of This cheese it's amazing).

Lunch: fish and chips (okay well they're fries but when you're from the UK you still call them chips).

Snack: breve latte, a pint of Nutella ice cream....

Dinner: steak, yams, and vegetables

After dinner: A hot chocolate with Oreos
