I travel 10,000 miles a month for business and am not in the airline business, if you do not have a doctor's prescription they don't allow carry on so I take a frozen 4 " x 4 " square frozen pellet bag used for First Aid, and slide it frozen into a small purse and take the medication and store it in an outside compartment to keep it chilled the entire flight, then upon arriving at the hotel room i put it in the refrigerator and then refreeze the pellet bag to return home, then I check my bags

also, one more quick hint on travel, I always freeze organic chicken in 3 oz and put it in my bag, so if the apple doesn't do it, I can eat this protein on the road if the aircraft is delayed in takeoff or landing, plus 2 apples -- has really helped during thunderstorms and non landings........ on time that is..
