So far this round, I have had to make some adjustments and still trying to figure out if I have to make more.
However as I am on my journey now my Protocol is going well and I am losing at a very successful rate.
I started with a three day load (125 iu's injected intramuscular into the buttocks), on the the fourth day I started the Protocol staying with the 125 iu's injection, I felt a little "empty" but no hunger pains. I attributed that from the effects of the loading phase and "gorging" to get my fat stores up and really its fun to know those three days I can just whatever I want ha ha. On the second day I continued to feel empty but no hunger pains during the day, until later in the evening my stomach started to growl. So on the 6th day i up the dosage to 150 ius still intramuscular injection into the buttocks, the sensation throughout the day was a little bit better but still there I marched on figuring it would take a day or two. The next day 7th injection I was still feeling a little ravenous and I recall from my journal taking of the last round I had no hunger issues during the whole protocol and even went 2 days without eating to see how I would fair, successfully I did just as normal. But as the 7th day went on I still felt an increase in hunger.
On the 8th day I up the dosage to 175 ius and felt a little better with the hunger issue and continued on the 9th day today. My hunger has dissipated and even eating my first meal I feel nice and full and satiated.
My progress thus far
Starting weight: 401.6
Day 9 weight: 388.0
Total Loss: 13.6
I also have high blood pressure and it is normally around 146/ 100-110
I was taking Hydrochlorothiazide and Valsartan and Amlodipine
I stopped taking the Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) on the fourth day after loading and have been taking my valsartan/Amlodipine every other day and my blood pressure has been staying around 112-124/ 63-90. I have been using a wrist blood pressure cuff so I know that they tend to be higher than what it actually is. So I am working on getting an upper arm blood pressure cuff to get a more accurate reading. This may not be ideal, but I am pretty in-tune with my body and have not felt any surge in my Blood pressure to be alarmed about. When I can more accurate readings throughout the day I will talk to my dr about adjusting my dose.
Also I am having some sleeping issues, as I have heard can be a side effect, hoping chamomile tea during the evening pairing with some other sleepy time teas will help me with this problem.
