1 Day away from the final day and I've lost 10 lbs, more or less. I think I'm excited...but I'm still 5 lbs from goal weight, and technically only 2/3 of the way there...if I was being graded, I'd have a 66%...a D.

That being said, getting a 'D' is easier to pull off when you've got your looks. ...I'm just saying.

I mixed up the last few days - Steak day on Day 17, hence the 1.6 loss. I drank some mag citrate on Day 18 to move things along, so to speak, which surely helped out on today's loss, 36 hours later.

The real question...to extend the round or not to extend. With my birthday just 2 1/2 shorts week away, I think stabilizing may be important. With the planned binge drinking that's in store for me, I need my body on my side. Protein shake for lunch today - if I see significant losses tomorrow, I'll move on to P3.
