    Thanks, Leez. Makes sense to me. I'm comparing the way I'm feeling on OP to 2.0 and even though calories/portions are smaller with OP, I feel better.

    Umm. I can't say I've ever done that. I didn't feel bloated on 2.0. Are you trying to eat all your protein in 2 meals? Because that would have been hard

    To me, being able to have 2 fruits a day makes P2 joyful for me. The couple of times I experimented with cutting it back I found I felt really deprived
