Something like this happens once in a round for most people. We learn our lesson and don't do it again.

I have a smoothie that I like that drops out the inflammation quickly. The negative is that it is mixing veggies which I don't normally do during protocol but if you are one who mixes veggies, here it is: 1 cup water, 1/2 cucumber, 2 stalks celery, 1 lime peeled, 1" fresh ginger. Blend together in a high end blender and down it.

A great remedy in P3 and beyond as well.
