      I made this yesterday and added about 1/2c of mozzarella cheese to add some additional texture. The bread was so good and sliced up very nicely for sandwiches...I had my very first turkey and swiss cheese sandwich and it was amazing...I will make this again and again and again...Thanks so much!

      Coconut oil is good in this. I didn't try coconut flour as I have no luck with it. ALL CANOLA OIL IN THE US IS GMO! No one can say with certainty that is safe to eat. However, they can say with certainty that it its BIG BIG money maker.

      I made this bread for the first time today and it is awesome. Does anyone know the nutritional values of the bread. Carbs for example? How many sicles does one get from the bread (I know it depends on how thick you slice) and how many servings is it ok to have in one day? I'm in the middle of my second week of M1 and can't wait to try this with a turkey burger for dinner.ThanksSandy

      I build the recipe in the bodybugg program and I got the nutrition content for the bread:

      Whole Bread = 2208 calories
      Protein = 80 g
      Carbs = 67 g
      Fiber = 31 g
      Total Fat = 196 g
      Sat Fat = 20 g
      Cholesterol = 635 mg
      Sodium = 2786 mg
      Calcium = 1068 mg

      I do not know how many slices the recipe will allow (I did not make it yet), but for example for 10 slices, each slice will have:

      calories = 221
      Protein = 8 g
      Carbs = 7 g
      Fiber = 3 g
      Total Fat = 20 g
      Sat Fat = 2 g
      Cholesterol= 63 mg
      Sodium = 279 mg
      Calcium = 107 mg

      Enjoy!!
      I will bake mine this week. Can't wait

      Has anyone tried this as a pizza crust? I was thinking maybe if you lay it out on a pizza stone it would work. I don't like thin crust so that why I was thinking this might be good.

      I've tried an almond flour recipe before and I hated it. Ive never tried the cauliflower one. I honestly don't think I'll love any of them since I'm used to my Chicago pizza. But if I can find one that I at least like ill be a happy camper.

      I remember you now!!
      Yes I farm and live in MCH county, and my homemade pizza is better than store or rest pizza

      if you are cutting carbs though, the cauli pizza looks good, its not flour like cn or almond which some have expressed a... difficulty using. I love cn flour though.
      Check out a picture of it and see if you'd like it

      ACtually, I've been deprived of my pizza for almost a yr, carbs don't settle well with my stomach or energy.
      let me know if you try it and take pictures and have a slice for me, (even though its not v e gan)
