It's $79 for a 30ml bottle and it has MIC, Dexpanthenol, B6, Methyl B12, l-Carnitine, l-Arginine and lidocaine to make the injection painless.

I didn't want to do IM injections so I was instructed to inject .5ml SQ daily. Did my first injection this morning and it was painless like a HCG injection. About 30 minutes later my arms and legs started feeling tingly, it felt almost like a panic attack or like I had downed 50 cups of coffee oh man it was uncomfortable. Then I went to the bathroom and my bowels completely emptied (well that's a good thing on P2 lol) after about an hour of discomfort I had a nice energy buzz for the rest of the day. Do you think that first part could be dangerous? I'm wondering if the l-Arginine is the culprit... Thinking I should inject .20ml tomorrow and maybe work my way up slowly. I don't have the listing for the exact quantities of each nutrient in the bottle, I'm guessing they're really strong since I read here that people are injecting 1-2ml of HJ or Beplex no problem. At .5ml my bottle should last 60 days

I don't like buying from offshore pharmacies since I got a BAD BATCH of Corion earlier this year, so anytime I can find something domestic at a reasonable price I'm happy. I will update regularly.

Ok so, I contacted them and they had sent the order to had SHIPPED THE WRONG FORMULA to me :EEEEEEK: they resent the order to a different compounding pharmacy and 2 days later I received a 30ml vial of the original Lipo C injections. Here are the ingredients -

MIC 25/50/50; Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 as methylcobalamin, l-carnitine, and lidocaine.

Considering they made such a huge and unsafe mistake, I probably should have stuck with Nu Image or New Edge and will next time. Anyway...

I took my first shot today, painless and no particular reactions. I started with 0.25ml, tomorrow I will increase to the full 0.5ml SubQ. So yeah the weird reaction I had with the other formula was definitely from the l-Arginine. I'm not sure I will try the first one again, I'm on the fence. The original Lipo C formula actually left me very tired today but I read that this is caused by the intense detox you go though, your body isn't used to working that hard and it can cause extreme exhaustion. So I guess this detoxing is a good thing, but I fell dead asleep for 4 hours after. Tonight I feel good, mostly I notice I have much less appetite with the Lipo C shot and I really love that effect!!

BTW - I went and looked at the Hema-15 ingredients. Just a word of caution, I was concerned to see that there is iron in the injection. Injectable iron can cause a fatal anaphylaxis reaction, just make sure you stay safe and have some Benadryl ready in case you have a reaction to it and have access to call 911. I have chronic anemia and my Dr refuses to prescribe iron transfusions because it's actually very risky for the anaphylaxis, so I'm stuck taking massive doses of oral iron. Stay safe please!!

I've been using the Lipo C injections and things are going well, but I find I tend to get a headache towards the end of the day so I do them every second day, otherwise no other negative side effects. I inject 0.3ml subQ.

I've heard that from a few people and it tends to be brand-specific. I have Lipo shots from New Edge right now and I love them. I've had them from US Hcg Shots (a few years ago- may be different now) and I also had a headache by the end of the day. But I have friends who use them and are just fine! I think it varies based on each person.

If you decide to switch brands, keep us posted. I would love to know if your headaches clear up with a change.

I bought a Hemo B-12 mix from an online vet... it was a huge bottle. I also take a 500mg dose of Niacin for B-3. Between both these items I have noticed my loses have increased significantly.

I contacted Defy Medical and asked them if I could get the shots compounded with hydroxo B12 or no B12 at all; they're contacting the compounding pharmacy to check. I'm pretty sure it may be related to overmethylation because I also get the telltale 'dark circles' under my eyes that are typical of that, and I usually don't have dark circles. I have MTHFR so I can't do cyanocobalamin which is the form of B12 in most of these shots. I did do the Nu Image lipo shots 2 years ago and had no bad side effects but I probably wasn't absorbing the cyanocobalamin anyway, just the MIC part. I've seen MIC-only shots on other websites but they're so expensive compared to Defy Medical I'm hoping they can have something compounded for me

I'll keep the thread posted on what they say! In the meantime I stopped the lipo injections and have not had a headache.

Lipo injections have been on my mind as I`m approaching the end of P2. I`ve done Nu Image`s Ultra Burn a couple times already and liked it but am on the lookout for possibly a better concoction and better price per shot.
Looking through some of the options I got pretty lost, some of the products names seems to have changed since 2013 so I`m not sure which ones to choose. Also not all prices are available-I don`t see a price for Lipo-C at Def Medical and unsure how many shots are in a vial (left my details for a free consultation). Empower Pharmacy has many options too, again no prices published. Trim Nutrition aslo have a few options, don`t know which one to choose from and prices seems higher then Nu Image (assuming number of shots per 10 ml. vial is the same) and consultation is $49.90. New Edge has different options all togther and no prices on their site.
In short I`m completely lost and need the help of those of you who`s been there and done that, axcept for the horsey stuff which I`d rather pass...
If you can, please provide links to the actual recommended products, it will be most helpful and if you know the current price it will be even better. I`d like to order a.s.a.p.

Still, the price might be cheaper with the two others.

More questions for you though: do you take their Lipo-3 or Lipo-10? What`s the dose per shot, how many times a week and can you do Sub-Q rather then IM? I`m not sure I can go as far as giving my self IM shots, Sub-Q with 31G or even 29G I can.

Nu Image are not charging for consultation, Trim Nutrition are. I`ve been in touch with Defy Medical but having read swissmiss`s post about getting the wrong formula and the side effects she had is somewhat off putting.
What I like about Nu Image is they send not only the vial but also the needles so no need to shop for it elsewhere.

Honestly, I still go with the hip/buttock area. Every doctor I know has had me do that and it works for me. I can't do the thigh thing; I'm just not that brave lol.

I am a HUGE fan of ordering products that come with the necessary supplies. I'm always surprised when I see someone opt to buy the hcg from supplier x, then the needles from supplier b, then the bac water from supplier 6...etc etc. They spend days researching and shopping and comparing... and then so often they end up with the wrong thing- and to save $40? So much easier and less risky to order a kit. Know what I mean?

I feel so lucky. My clinic offers the Lipo-B-12 shots for $10 each. On my first round, I didn't start them until phase 3 because they didn't mention availability. This round, I'm starting them right away. I LOVED them in phase 3, much more energy and I'm looking forward to getting the boost this time around in phase 2. I hate to hear how expensive HCG and Lipo shots are in various parts of the country. My clinic has very reasonable pricing because they want EVERYONE to have access to the weight loss tool. It's an anti-aging and weight loss clinic. I wish EVERYONE could have the Lipo/B-12 injections with there HCG rounds. That said, I have to drive 30 min. to my clinic and it would be great to have a bottle at home. (if I could convince my hubby (physician) to give them to me......I believe they must go into the muscle). I'm going to look into getting a bottle from New Edge. Best of luck to everyone. KMac

I'm curious what is in their blend? If you happen to get an ingredient list, please feel free to share. I'd love to see if I can have a compounding pharmacy here do the same and try it.

I'd love to hear how they compare with New Edge's Lipo if you decide to try it. I just went ahead and ordered the LIPO 10 from them.

Yeah I agree getting the wrong formula was annoying. Once I got their right formula initially I had headaches but now I feel great on them, I guess my body needed getting used to the influx of vitamins. I would still buy from them.

Actually, I just did the math and New Edge still comes out to be cheaper than $10 a shot.

I’m on Day 31 and started the Weekly Lipotropic B12 injections with daily Lipotropic Complex capsules from my Accupuncture clinic.
