I haven't done my 2nd round yet so I'm not 100% sure on this but maybe you added in the bread too fast? On my P3 I found that some things didn't agree with me my 1st week but I was ok with them late 2nd week or after.

It's a good place to start. Stop eating that and continue on with your eggs and dairy, etc and try it later. I'm not even sure what's in it to honest...I saw it mentioned on here, looked for it at the health food store and stopped when I saw they wanted over $5 for a loaf! LOL

yeah..i know we have it for about four dollars a loaf but i keep it in the freezer and DO NOT SHARE IT..so last round one and a half loaves lasted the entire round...i guess.i should try that..because you know last round i had adkin bars and coconut milk ice cream it was WONDERFUL..it doesn't look so good this round..;o( wondering too if i should try and stabelize at a higher weight..eventhough that would be AWFUL!!

Ezekial bread still has gluten in it. It is definatly a starch. Some can tolerate the Ezekial bread who can not have wheat/gluten. I love it, however I have found it to be a problem, even in p4. It set me into a crazy hungry, I refer to all of that as "white food crack!" lol Triggers binging for me, so it is a big No No for me!
Mommy, go by your morning weight, you have eaten and drank fluids all day, and a gallon of water weighs 8 #. Bet tomorrow it will be better.

I just found it online and that is a definite no-no for original protocol. some people might be able to get away with it but not everyone. It's full of grains.

I would cut that out completely and go from there, kinda starting P3 over. I wouldn't worry about stabilizing higher yet.

I think as your diet changes, and your body changes, (due to eating real food) sometimes you will be more sensitive to things the body no longer can process. I am r1p4, so you have more experience, but I would think it is a wheat intolerence/gluten intolerence, as that is know to cause abdominal discomfort and fluid retention, just as lactose does to those who can not consume it.

Oh you can't have Ezekiel bread on P3! That is ALL starch. You were lucky last round but wheat is LAST thing anyone should add in.

now, it's evening and i am dressed and i weigh 162..;o( I AM GOING TO CRY!!!

Oh my goodness, NEVER weigh yourself at night! I weigh myself first thing after I pee in the morning. I made the mistake of weighing myself at night and I was horrified. I was easily 4-5 pounds heavier than my morning weight- and this was during P2 even! How the heck could THAT happen eating only 500 cals a day?! But it did and then next morning I showed a 1 pound loss. Go figure.

During R1P3, I took a while to add bread back in. At least 10 days. I kept my bread as the grissini and melba for a while. I really came to depend on that crunch sensation! One of my favorite lunches on P3 (and I modify in P2 b/c of dressing) is deli chicken breast, cucumbers, 1 tsp. of Newman's Own low-fat sesame ginger dressing, 1 tsp water, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar). I just mix it up letting it marinate all morning and it's DELISH!! For P2, I just elimated the sesame ginger dressing and added stevia and a couple of spritzes of those liquid aminos for added flavor.
