I plan to add one "cautionary catagory" at a time but only in Phase 4. I was under the impression that P3 was: the exact same meal plan just more of it. For instace, you added, carbs, fat, and sugar within the same day and I am sure that would set you back.
The whole idea is not just to remain within two lbs, (+-2), I was under the impression it was the ending weight on on your last day of HCG (+-1 lb in each direction =2 lbs.

If you are going to ever eat any bread again, eat this. It's living bread, and made from sprouted wheat which is completely different than processed wheat. It's a whole grain and if you can eat wheat, it and Manna Bread are the two best breads that you can eat. It's $5 a loaf cause it's QUALITY food. not processed cheap crap with high fructose corn syrup and other crappy ingredients. Trader Joe's sells it for $4 and I've seen it on sale for $3 something at various places, you just have to catch it in the right place at the right time. take out what you need for a few days, and keep the rest in the freezer. It's not more expensive to eat organic unless you are paying full price all the time. there are tons of places to save money and eat good stuff.

P3 is eat what you want but NO sugar or starch. It is recommended that you add in a new item every 2 or 3 days to see how your body adjusts to it. Say on P3D1 you eat eggs, if you don't gain, on D4 you add eggs and cheese for the next couple of days to see how that goes, then add something else new in. This way you can catch what causes you to gain before it gets out of control.

P3 is to stablize your weight. You try not to go 2lbs above your LWD or 2lbs below your LWD.
