Last year my weight was above 150 pounds. So far I have lost 50 pounds through diet and weights. During my time working with my personal trainer I have become very interested in health and fitness. I would like to take a two year program to become a personal trainer but worried that I am still 50 pounds overweight I wont be taken seriously at the school. I plan to lose the rest of the weight and get more fit by the time I train. I have found a lot of information using this site (hcg diet info) and I'm grateful for all the information here. Thank yu!
