    Supplements

A lot of people have questions like myself regarding what would be helpful to boost immune, fatigue, cramps, etc.

During P2, I think everyone should take 3-5 potassium tablets throughout the day (assuming you are in good health, don't have high potassium, and don't have any other reasons not to take it) and should take some magnesium. Potassium seems to drop on P2 either from the hcg itself or the diet, I don't know which. Also, I think people should eat plenty of healthy sea salt during P2.

Other than that, I think the best way to know what to supplement is to get a blood test to see what you are low in. I have chronically low vitamin D, sodium and iron so I often supplement those. My B12 is optimal so I don't supplement that. I don't take a multi-vitamin because I don't need all the vitamins/minerals they offer and because they probably don't have enough of any one thing to help. My RBC magnesium when not on P2 is great, so I only supplement during P2 to help with regularity.

there is a thread on supplements in the medical forum. It's not been used much or at all though.

always use natural vegetables. supplements make you healthy but in the long run they are dangerous for your own health.
