Thread: for those who eat eggs on P2

for those who eat eggs on P2

Doesn't it say that 1 egg 1+ 3 egg whites can be a protein if(when) there is an aversion to meat? anyway, once or twice a week I use eggs as my protein.
Last night I had a spinach omelet--so good--so filling---makes a whole lot so you have a whole plate of food!
1 cup frozen spinach, 1T onion flakes--in a non stick pan for 5 mins or so...
then add your eggs--I beat them up together and then added them to the spinach.
    Salt/pepper (garlic, basil etc)
cover pan and in 5 mins..everything cooked through..
a nice puffy (till you put your fork to it) spinach omelet
    Enjoy!

Sounds delish bubble! I don't eat eggs on P2 but do use a very clean egg white protein powder in P2. I make a smoothie with it every morning for breakfast.

I use eggs in P2 and I haven't had any problems so far. Yes, it is 1 large egg and three egg whites. I add two tbs fat free cottage cheese and spinach. Delicious and very filling. A really good break from fish and chicken.

I ate eggs every day - one large whole egg + 6 tbs All Whites ( equivalent to 2 egg whites). Eating protein in the morning helped me stay on track during VLCD.

Have any of you tried a 0 sugar protein shake? I think I might do that today, I'm going to be driving most of the day. I'll let you know how it turns out.
