    The ingredients of fathead dough:
Mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond flour or coconut flour and egg, and some seasoning.

These do fit the perameters of P3, but tend to make a very calorie dense product. So just something to be aware of.

I find a good choice for a pizza crust in P3 is a ground chicken breast pizza crust. It helps to spice it up with appropriate seasonings and lets you enjoy the pizza toppings without sitting on your stomach like a rock (which has been my experience with the fathead recipe.)

You can certainly give it a try and see how you do. It could work fine for you. Some do well with low carb baked items in P3, others do not.

If you want to avoid the carbs, get a Five Cheese Italian shredded cheese blend. Put the cheese on parchment paper in a circle, about 1/4 to 3/8 inch deep. Then microwave it until it turns golden brown. Remove it from the microwave and allow it to cool at least 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat your sauce and toppings. Put the sauce, toppings, and mozzarella cheese onto the cheese crust. Then microwave until the mozzarella just melts. Cut it with kitchen shears and enjoy.

A salad-plate size pizza will be about 450 calories, depending on your toppings.

PearlieMae created this recipe. I like it better than Fat Head because I don't like egg when cooked in high temperatures in a pizza crust. Plus it's simpler to make.

I need to try the chicken crust pizza! I love pizza and I tried a zuchinni mozzarella crust pizza recipe in early p3 and did ok but the more I ate it the more my weight crept a little up. I think it may have been the shredded moz they put starch on it to keep it from sticking together. I wonder if I grated the mozz my self it wouldnt' have that starch powder on it.

But I think the chicken curst sounds great. Do you grind the chicken breast yourself in a food processor or vitammix Leez?

I bought ground chicken breast for the pizza crust. I have not tried to grind raw chicken breast in the Vitamix. If you try, please post the results.

I've made the chicken crust pizza a couple of times recently. I did not use ground or canned chicken, though. I had chicken breasts that I baked in my crockpot and shredded finely. That seemed to work perfectly for me. It was very good! Make sure to bake the crust for about 30 mins, then flip it over and bake it for another ten mins or so before adding toppings. Mine held up just fine and I did not need to use a fork to eat it.
