I generally count the tomato as my vegie. such a small amount of onion. I didn't know if that's okay. I have a good one for you now.

    Thai shrimp:
    1) make a thai sauce by food processing juice of fresh lime, garlic, cilantro, basil, mint, thai chili (if you like heat), ground ginger, salt and pepper, stevia if you must
    2) pour a bit over cooked (frozen, then thawed) shrimp, 1 portion and let marinate awhile.
    3) moderately fine chopped cabbage - as your base
    4) mix it all together with a little more sauce - DELISH!

Eye of Round.... expensive, but oh so good. I make it in the crockpot heavily sprinkled with Blackened (on protocol) seasoning. I can eat on it all week, and I actually eat a little of it cold in the morning, and it holds me over so much better than an apple or other fruit.

Oh, and these little, tiny honey crisp apples fro Trader Joe's.

    And onions. Lots of onions.

Some copies of the protocol allow for cottage cheese. I believe the original does not.
