hcg phase 3 friendly fruit snacks?

I found these fruit snacks at whole foods the other day that are all natural, sugar free. The only ingredients are different fruit concentrates (pear, strawberry, and apple), there is no added chemicals or sugar. I bought them hoping they would be okay every once in a while on phase 3. What do you guys think?

Nope. The fruit concentrates are super high in sugar. It's like drinking fruit juice. Stick to the real thing or get a dehydrator and dry apples with cinnamon if you want a snack.

It's a good idea to break the munchies habit if you can though. Kale chips are fine but I would be cautious about munching on too much dried fruit. One apple a day maybe. That would be it.

I agree about limiting or eliminating fruit on P3. Berries are pretty low in sugar so some fresh berries could be okay. Fruit has so much more sugar than people realize- and especially in the dried or concentrated form, in the amounts people eat of that, it's a lot of sugar. I find I stabilize much easier without fruits in p3.
