    Not hitting 500CAL

    Just curious... What do people recommend when not hitting the 500 Cal? It does not happen often at all but it does a few times a week.

    For example

    Breakfast - Coffee black
    Snack - Apple medium
    Lunch - Chicken (100g) and Celery (200g)
    Snack - Orange medium
    Dinner - Shrimp (100g) and Cucumber (200g)


    That all works out to 419 calories.....



    I am not worried, not panicking LOL... Just curious, what can I change or add to reach 500? And does it matter at all as long as I am not going over?

    As long as you get close most days, I think you are fine. If you want to increase calories, add the grissini/melba, the juice of a lemon, 1 T milk, and increase your vegetable portions. You can also choose higher calorie meat and vegetable options or eat a larger apple or orange.
