It is not allowed. Some people use tuna and do well with it. Others use it and do not do well. Dr. Simeons said it was not allowed.

Dangit!! It is so convenient and I have so little time. I lost 11 pounds the first week and now nothing for 2 days maybe that's it. I'm doing everything else exactly like it says with the drops, the timing, and only chicken breast, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, celery, black coffee with stevia. I'm not mixing the veges, not using any beauty products with fat, etc.
And one more question, do you know anything about seltzer water with nothing in it (meaning it is only carbonated water)? Thank you again so much for your help!!

It is highly unusual to lose every single day during a round. You are not doing anything wrong, its just that after a big loss loike you just had, you body can take a couple days to catch up and level out your water stores. What you are experiencing is very common.

Nothing but coffee tea and water are approved beverages in the original protocol. The high sodium content of fizzy waters may be a factor if you try them and find you stop losing. But even so, its just temporary water retention.

Bell peppers are also not allowed so those might be contributing to your problem. You could try canned chicken breast (watch the ingredients) or canned shrimp or canned crab. All are on protocol, assuming they have no off protocol ingredients added to them, and they are as convenient as tuna.

Carbonated water is fine. I'm unfamiliar with high sodium carbonated water, but I'm sure they probably exist somewhere. Sodium, however is on protocol.
