Whole Milk vs Whole Milk Vitamin D

It's been a long time since I used dairy milk. Is whole milk vitamin D protocol-friendly? I noticed almond milk has been added to the updated food list. So it's ok to use it instead of whole milk? I load tomorrow so I'm doing last minute shopping. Thanks!

I've been using 1 TBSP Horizon Organic Whole Milk with vitamin D in my coffee and tea for my round, and have had great losses. I dropped 1.6 this morning

I seem to drop a pound or more when I have 94% lean ground beef patty w/onions, grilled chicken breast salad, 1 fruit and no grissini, coffee, plenty of water, iced tea the day before.

Update on 7/18 - I ran out of Horizon Organic Milk on Thursday and didn't have time to go to the store or place a delivery order before Friday morning. I still wanted coffee with milk that day, so I looked in my cupboard and found a can of Carnation Evaporated milk. It is lower in fat and sugar than whole milk, so I decided to try it, with the note to myself that if I have a gain, I'll just pitch it out, and go ahead and get some more Horizon Milk. I added a tBSP to my coffee, and OMG I was in love. It made the coffee taste almost as good as HWC, yet it has a slight caramel like flavor to it, but still tasted creamy.

Lo and behold, I lost 1 lb. today. I'm on Day 36 of P2 (excluding the days I took for my July 4 Planned interruption). My last injection will be on Friday 7/24, and if things stay on track, I should be at my goal.
