Just be aware that since they are all fiber, they may slow down your elimination and/or retain some water. That shows up on the scale as a stall or a gain. It doesn't mean you've gained from them, it just means you are holding more water for a time until your body processes them through.

Because I am carb-conscious I always have a few in my house to maybe soak up some juices og more stewy foods.... my concern has always been the sodium because despite what the label says the very first time it was very salty, I do not do much salt so I am always aware of salt in foods.... but for this round only whats on protocol.....
