Protocol says you can have 1 egg per week I think. This would be a trade-out for your normal protein. So if you have this, only eat one other protein for that day. Also, I wouldn't indulge too often, but it didn't do me any harm to have this treat occasionally.

in P&I it says you're allowed to sub a protein for 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites.

    Chocolate Mug Cake
    1 egg
    3 tsp stevia/truvia (or 6 packets)
1-2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (depending on how chocolatey you like it)
    1 standard-sized mug

In you mug, crack the egg, add sweetener and cocoa powder. Whisk together with a small whisk until well mixed. Microwave for 50-60 seconds, until the cake is cooked through (but not overcooked!)

I just made this for the first time, and it was fabulous! Here are some things I might try next time though:
    -whisk egg before adding sweetener/cocoa
-mix everything in a separate, larger container before putting in the mug
-it was a tad bit dry, so i might splash a bit of milk on top next time, after cooking.

    SO YUMMY!

Cocoa powder isn't on p2, but eggs can be. It's def not technically on p2 but I'd rather someone make it once (not regularly) of they cannot control the craving rather than go and gorge on something REALLY bad you know?

    Hi family!
This is my first posting on this forum. I've read a lot but never posted.

I did make the mug cake above and then made another with a few variations.

    Here is my recipe.
I switched out the almond flour for coconut flour, I had gains in P3 due to nuts. I also didn't have any almond flour on hand.

    2 tb coconut flour
    2 packets sweet leaf stevia
1 tb cocoa powder, unsweetened, heaping
    1 egg
    4 tb Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tb coconut oil (make sure it's melted, clear)
    Splash vanilla
    1 large coffee mug

I also added a pinch of salt. A dash of cinnamon. And about a 1/2 teaspoon favorite coffee.

Mix dry ingredients in med bowl, mix wet ingredients in small separate bowl, then together. Put in cup.
Cook 60 seconds stop..poke.. Cook additional 20 seconds.

*if it's dry put 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream on top when done micro-baking.
(It taste like German chocolate cake to me)

Hi! I'm fairly new. I'm in my first P3. I love the spread in your kid's ages. Pretty much like my nieces and nephew. I accused my sister-in-law of always trying to have a babysitter! I like your recipe. So is it one serving?

OH EMM GEEEE! I'm new to the world of HCG and have been trolling the internet for two weeks now just obtaining any and all info concerning HCG but I digress...I tried this cake in a cup recipe and all imma say is it literally stomped out all cravings. Like it really gave me the stamina to go another few weeks. I will weigh myself in the morning as usual and see if it's had any effects on my weight loss (I'm currently down 7.6 lbs Day 5 of P2); will follow up with numbers! Thanks for a helluva a recipe BTW I love this forum! 😍
