    Portion of veggies

I was wondering what is the weighing portion of veggies you have used in your P1?
It doe not specify in the manual so what I have done in the past is just weigh them out to 100 grams like the protein serving.
As I did more research for this round because it has been close to 8 or so years since my last round, I came across mixed answers. Some will go by cup measurement and that can depending on veggies weigh anywhere from 90 grams all the way up to 128 grams I have come across. I am looking for answers in grams since I weigh all my food if you would be so kind.
The veggies I use are cabbage and asparagus.

    Thank you!

I use an excel spreadsheet my doctor gave me that calculates calories by ounce. It could probably be set up to calculate by grams by someone who knows how to edit such things. Since calories for the proteins and meats are pretty much static, I use the veggies to get my total calories close to 500 each day.

Note: the calorie count for tilapia is way off, so you might want to adjust that.
