    Miso / tamari ok on P3?

    It is fermented soybean, which is a starch... but its fermented. I couldnt find any mention of these products in the blog, is it ok to add sparingly?

    Also - bananas on P3: definitely starch! But I did see that they can be ok in moderation?

    Any fruit is fine in P3, even bananas. Just don't overdo quantity on things like bananas and mangos.

    I'd stay away from the miso until P4. Its about 7 carbs per ounce, so a little too starchy for P3. k You want to keep starches/sugars under 2grams. You could probably get away with using a tsp or two here or there.
