    Strange Happenings

    I am on my fourth day of P2 - have lost a bunch of water weight. Felt a bit hungrier today than yesterday, but nothing insurmountable. I didn't really know what to have tonight, so I improvised and I feel like I went to a buffet...LOL. Took sliced cabbage and threw it in the electric fry pan with some no fat, no sugar chicken broth. Added 1 3 calorie bouillon cube, a couple shakes of Tabasco original hot, some red pepper flakes and a couple shots of a Jamaican jerk spice I had that I liked on grilled food. Let cabbage get soft, took about five ounces of grilled chicken breast and chopped it, added and let it heat up.

    Made a big bowl of spicy "soup", I am actually feeling full to the point I will put off the fruit until later, don't want it now.

    I am beginning to think I can definitely do this, more importantly I really got a sense of how with a few more ingredients this would really be good, really filling, quick and easy, and really healthy when I am transitioning to maintaining.

    The tricks one's mind plays, I was so hungry and starting to crave junk just an hour ago.
