I just took my first shot, and am loading right now- (I'll spare you the gory details) but I am curious: has anyone successfully used light coconut milk in place of the 1 t. milk allowed per day on P1 (or is it P2?)? I know it's not protocol, but I am sensitive to dairy. I plan to use the "real" stuff, just coconut and water. It seems like such a small amount, it's calorically and nutritionally comparable, so it seemed like a good option in my coffee or unsweetened chai. Opinions welcome: do you know anyone who has used it successfully? Thanks in advance.
