    Weight gain on P3. Help!

    Iím trying to figure out why I gained 1.5lbs today.
    I donít know what it is and Iím trying to figure out where I went wrong.

    Yesterday I had the following

    Breakfast: plain yogurt, blueberries, swerve, coffee and half and half

    Lunch: two eggs, soyrizo, olive oil, queso fresco

    Dinner: Ceasar salad w/o croutons, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices

    Later on I had a sugar free vanilla latte at a coffee shop

    Maybe it was the latte

    It could be just a water fluctuation. If you are still in your window, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

    If I had to pick, I'd say your latte might not have really been sugar free. Regular milk & yogurts are not the best choices in P3--too many milk sugars. Full fat or 2% greek yogurt is better, and half&half or heavy cream is a better choice than milk.

    You are using a lot of dairy. If that works for you fine, but maybe another thing to look at.

    I also just started my period and super heavy. I will stay away from sugar free syrups and do a little less dairy to see if I have improved.

    My last injection weight was at 158 last week on Friday. I started P3 this Monday and weighed in at 156.6.
    Tuesday I weighed in also at 156.6.
    Today back to 158.

    I also measured my inch loss and that has improved. I was just shocked that my weight spiked that much.

    If your LIW was 158, your body just took you back to the starting point. Rarely does anyone stay below that (especially at the start of P3). As Leez said you took on a lot of dairy and eggs so early. Considering that, 1.5 is not that big of a gain, but you definitely need to dial back or you will be over the 2 lb. LIW mark very soon, and will need to do a correction day.
