It could be just a water fluctuation. If you are still in your window, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
If I had to pick, I'd say your latte might not have really been sugar free. Regular milk & yogurts are not the best choices in P3--too many milk sugars. Full fat or 2% greek yogurt is better, and half&half or heavy cream is a better choice than milk.
You are using a lot of dairy. If that works for you fine, but maybe another thing to look at.
