    Can't lose after hcg

First off, I was not successful on hcg because of my giving in to cravings. However, I can not lose anything now that I am off the diet.

I exercise very day for an hour and more on weekends. I have tried low low calories, moderate cal, and atkins. Any advice or suggestions?

My only suggestion is to follow the protocol religiously without cheating, and then manage your P3 and P4 intelligently to avoid regaining.
Started my HCG journey on March 16, 2011

Just for the record, no part of this journey is for the weak.

Most of us ended up on hcg because nothing else worked so that's not surprising. Exercise has never worked. If you had a lot of cravings, it's likely your dose was just off. You could try the Fast Metabolism Diet. I like it a lot but you won't lose as fast as you do on hcg.
My expert Hcg Diet advice is based specifically on the original Simeons Protocol. Grammy's personal protocol:Grammy's Hcg Diet Protocol

I'm sorry you had problems losing after hcg. I followed the plan perfectly, but still wanted to lose a few more pounds. After finishing 6-weeks of P3, I took Grammy's advice regarding the FMD and started that on 12/29. I've lost 1.6 lbs during wk 1 (I'm only 4 lbs from my GW). Still, I find the FMD is much more complicated than hcg- even after reading the book and downloading the app. Before starting, I spent a week shopping and planning for meals, then a weekend of cooking and freezing meals, etc. This is hard to do if you travel for work, have family commitments, etc. I also found that my chocolate cravings returned the days I had a lot carbs (fruits, rice, etc.). I am sticking with it to see if it gets easier in Wk 2. Still, if you have 10 or more lbs to lose, I would give hcg another go since it worked for you in the past. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!
