Don't beat yourself up over it. Look at the long term. You went 9 days and cheated once. That's pretty good in my opinion!!!!!!! You will probably cheat again- AND IT IS OK! Fast food is my one downfall and I hate it. I have to drive past a bazillion fast food signs everyday calling my name. It is so hard, trust me I know! Just keep moving forward and don't look back. It happens, and life goes on. Also, if you need to cheat- if you just cannot handle not getting fast food- then go to taco bell, but instead of getting the Chalupa meal in a large size with 3 extra taco's- instead get something from the cantina menu or get a chalupa meal small size or something. Just moderate it more. the more you get away from eating fast food- the less appealing it becomes and the more it will make you physically ill when you do eat it.
