Thread: I cheated on the 6th day of p2!!!

    You know I made a little shake yesterday with 6 strawberries, 1 tbs. of milk, a packet of stevia and some crushed ice. It really hit the spot. Tonight I put vanilla stevia in it too, holy smokes, it was outta sight! It's amazing that it took this diet to help me realize how much I love fresh food. I cooked some awesome asparagus tonight too. I'm so happy that I think I might have figured this out. I can't wait to try the vanilla stevia in my coffee tomorrow!!!

    Omh, Banana's and kiwis, and pineapple, bell peppers, and so much more!!

    I am going to try to start making smoothies in the morning as well! That sounds really good. I might go pick up the vanilla stevia today.

    Anyways, doing my grocery shopping Sunday, I love my colorful cart !!!

    So nervous for the weekend, this is usually when I let myself go! Gonna plan a fun/activity filled weekend with my nephew to keep my mind off cravings.. I planned on taking him to see Puss and Boots! UMMM NO POPCORN.. AHHHHH! Second guessing that one! haha

    I am on day 6 of phase 2 as well.. OMG! It's been hard with all this candy, beer, etc! I've lost 10 lbs so far.. Broke today and had 2 slices of brisket with bar b que sauce!

    It happens, you get right back on and accept any consequences and in the end it's not a big deal. Moving forward is what matters.
