As corny as this sounds, I am now completely motivated to dig in and finish off my next 3 weeks! This was a great set of posts, and I am thankful for other cheaters! I have been the same weight for a week now because of cheating, and I was wanting to quit today and start over later (I'm on R2 P2) But thanks guys!!! We can do this!

That was the worst part for me... It can feel sometimes like everyone is breezing through it, because some people do. I'm glad I can help a little

It does get easier every time you say no. I'm still not perfect but it's going a lot smoother now. More importantly, I think I'm going to be able to put some of these feelings and emotional eating behind me after I've reached my goals. I'm so glad I didn't quit when I wanted to. I'm even looking forward to my next round... though I am hoping it is my last

Thank you so much! There are so many inspirational people on this site and I'm glad I can do my part to help motivate like everyone else has done for me.

Thanks for posting this. I am on my second round and have had a really hard time sticking to it. I've also had a hard time getting the dose right. I only have a week and 1/2 left on P2 and I feel like this entire round was such a waste. I really wanted to make this a great round but have failed at it, only lost 14lbs, and I have been juggling the same pound for about 2 weeks now, up and down. Anyways, reading your post has motivated me again. I am determind to finish out this round strong! Thanks again!

Thanks for this thread! First of all, Maddy, you have not failed. You are fourteen pounds lighter than you were a month ago! That's not failure. It may not be as much a you wanted to be down but it's still something.

I had my sisters bridal shower yesterday and went off the rails a bit. Had a small sliver of cake, some eggplant with oil and a hamburger patty that was probably not lean as well as a glass I wine. I decided not to weigh myself today and probably tomorrow. It's ok. My baby sister is getting married and we had such fun celebrating her. I'm back on track today. And I loved ready your posts!

Thank you for posting this Kahlan! My binges have been horrible ever since I loaded this round 9 days ago. Round 2 was such a joke, didn't lose but didn't gain - but also not sure that the hcg I received was even working or not, didn't feel anything like I do now - not hungry! but even with the not hungry, I was coming home from work every night and I couldn't get enough to eat - everything and anything.. I had begun to wonder what was the matter with me!!

I had a "stop it" moment the night before and then I read your post yesterday. I know that others have said they've gone through it, but seeing what you said and have said in black and white makes me feel good that I'm not the only one in the world going through this A girl from another forum said that she believes that "HCG is a 90% mental diet" - and I agree because as soon as I don't see that scale go down - it starts the self-doubt.

But I did release 1.6 last night and I'm not going to be scared moving into onederland - I've found that I do have a fear of being my skinnyself and being noticed, but that's okay and that is also normal for some of us - 3.4 from 199.8 - by the end of the week.

If it's okay, I'd like to post here because I feel more comfortable than the larger P2 group for now, if that's okay?

Again, thank you.. and I hope that everyone feels cheatless and becomes weightless..

These posts have helped a lot. I cheated today, day 3 of P2 I lost 8.5lbs in 2 days and for some reason I gave my self the excuse that "I lost so much I'll have a cheat snack".. Ugh I wish I could just turn by brain off at times like that!! I have been feeling soooo hungry though! Idk if i need to fix my dosage or what. This is my 4th, yes 4th try at P2.. I failed (I hate that word) every other time. I promised myself I wouldn't this time but now I'm disappointed because I thought I could control my cravings... Cooking for 2 kids that want sloppy joes and cheese on there chicken and butter on their veggies doesn't help AT ALL!

bb6182011, you haven't failed, you just have to let go, and start today.. the worse thing, I think, we can do to ourselves is talk badly to ourself about ourself.. I had a mini-binge (0 release or add on) last night on protein and no-sugar added sweet gherkins, and I didn't finish until I was stuffed, I was miserable and the first thing I thought of was.. well that was stupid P.C... then I thought, okay, well you did that again, move on, stuff happens..

you shouldn't be hungry though and the first round, first week is the hardest..

I've decided to cycle 2 weeks of P2, one week of P3 (more like 4 days).. I think that will give me the variety I need, and the break from P2.. I think for me it will be like a goal - I can make it through 17 days of P2, then I can have my four days of low-carbing (which I love, and my hafling does as well, lost 30lbs doing that)..

I'm trying to learn how to love myself and forgive myself, and its hard especially since I think my head likes the self-sabotage well my tastebuds do anyway

I hope that everyone has good releases and a good day..

So, I havent' been able to check in on here very much. Work has been a nightmare and still having problems on the home front. I'm happy to say that I haven't been cheating though! I think the best thing about this diet is that it's given me the power to walk away from a lot of those emotional eating habits that I have. I'm much more secure in my ability to "say no" when I want to. I don't feel so powerless anymore!

Also, for anyone else who was worried like I was that all of the cheating might have ruined your chances at stabilization... I haven't had a problem yet, though I would recommend the LR style as cheating could cause problems and LR seems to help people stabilize. I hope everyone else is back on track and doing great! Good luck!!

@ Kahlan, this is GREAT! I have been fighting the cheating battle for over a week now. I couldn't have found this at a more perfect time. I'm sorry to hear that things are still crazy for you in terms of your personal life, but glad to hear all is well on the diet forefront. I'm taking this whole cheating thing one day at a time, and moving forward from it. Thanks so much for the great posts! Good luck!
