Eating anything off
protocol, no matter how small and how minor it seems, can mess up this diet, because it isn't a diet. It's a specific medical prescription. Eating broccoli or cauliflower instead of an approved vegetable can hurt. Eating a pear or tangerine instead of an apple, orange, grapefruit or strawberries can hurt. Eating too many (or even too few if done too often) can hurt.
It sounds like you're having trouble with
hunger and cravings. If your dose is right, you shouldn't be experiencing that. Skip your next injection. If, after 4pm and on to the next morning, your hunger is better, lower your dose by 25 iu. If your hunger increases, raise your dose by 25 iu. Only pay attention to hunger late on the skip day.
